Yes, we welcome parents to volunteer as coaches for Small Town Soccer Alliance teams. We provide training and support for all our coaches.  Some playing and/or coaching experienced is preferred.

STSA is a competitive league competing with the best programs and teams in the state of Oklahoma.  Our goal is to develop our players to excel at the High School and College levels.

There is a small fee for tryouts just to cover the expenses.  The fee is $25 per family and can be paid at registration.

Great question from a parent....

I can say EMPHATICALLY ... yes, no, maybe, I don't know.   There are many factors that figure into that question, such as:

1. What team the player is selected for

2.  Where are most of the team from

3.  Coach in that area and their availibility

4. Number of teams

We would like to see more practices locally, for example: Pauls Valley-Wynnewood, Davis-Sulphur, Tishomingo-Madill, or a Seminole-Wewoka.  Again we are flexible.

The 2025-26 year contract commitment cost is $1850.  This can be paid with a variety of payment plans.  Compared to other competitive clubs in the state we are well  below market value for similar experiences.  Please see the Financial tab for full disclosure.

For our inaugural season will we feature teams in the u12 to u16 girls brackets.

Yes.  Each team has two to four  1/2 scholarships ($925) that they can award.  We do not use scholarships as recruiting tools or incentives.  Scholarships are given based on need basis or in some cases when multiple players from one household are playing in Alliance.

That is a great question.  Will all
